cerckex Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the cerckex platform and the user ("you" or "member"). cerckex is an online betting and casino platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

• These terms apply at all times — when accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform.
• cerckex reserves the right to change these terms at any time; changes will be published on this page.
• Using any part of the platform means you accept the latest terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on cerckex:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register with accurate and truthful information — providing false or incomplete information is prohibited.
• One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same device, IP address, or household members is strictly prohibited.
• cerckex may request identity documents at any time to verify the information provided during registration.
• Registration is prohibited if you are on a self-exclusion list or have been restricted for responsible gaming reasons.

3. Account Management

The security and management of your cerckex account is entirely your responsibility. The following policies apply to all members:

3.1 Login and Password

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• cerckex will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized activity on your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

• Identity verification may be required for withdrawals and large transactions.
• Copies of a national ID card, passport, or driving license must be provided upon request.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC is not completed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

• An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions or logins for more than 90 (ninety) days.
• The balance of an inactive account will be preserved; logging in again will reactivate the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cerckex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms apply:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your name — deposits through third parties are prohibited.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly; in some cases there may be banking delays.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds deposited with a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• cerckex reserves the right to review any withdrawal in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

cerckex offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only on designated games — the rules stated in the specific promotion apply.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless clearly stated in the promotion.
• Transferring bonus balance to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• cerckex reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

cerckex's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through active participation. Cashback is added automatically every week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the cerckex platform are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is settled abnormally in your favor due to a technical error, cerckex reserves the right to void that result.
• Any winnings claims arising from software errors or server malfunctions will not be accepted.
• The game provider's rules always apply; the game provider's decision is final.
• Betting limits (minimum and maximum) will be stated on each game's page.
• For cricket, football, and other sports betting, the odds offered before the match starts apply.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount is generally refunded; however, different rules may apply for specific promotions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the cerckex platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or having multiple individuals use the same account.
• Placing artificial bets or coordinated fraudulent betting for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using hacking, bots, automated software, or any unfair method to influence game outcomes.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information.
• Initiating credit card chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits.
• Attempting to find or exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Using cerckex's brand, logo, or name without authorization.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

cerckex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• A court order or directive from law enforcement authorities.
• A voluntary account closure request by the member.

A member may request voluntary account closure at any time. In this case, any verified valid balance will be paid out. However, the process may be delayed if there are ongoing bonus wagering requirements or disputed transactions.

9. Responsible Gaming

cerckex believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be a source of income. We encourage all our members to enjoy games responsibly.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits for yourself.
• If needed, you can take a break from the platform for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, please contact our support team.
• This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age.

11. Limitation of Liability

cerckex will not be liable for any financial or other loss arising from the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, server downtime, or any technical disruption.
• Loss resulting from disclosure of your login credentials or their use by a third party.
• Loss caused by access to your account from an unauthorized computer or device.
• Any issues related to local laws and restrictions in your area.
• Natural disasters, strikes, or any situation beyond cerckex's control.
• Delays or errors related to third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank).

cerckex's maximum liability will never exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

12. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

• cerckex reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time.
• For significant changes, a notice will be provided by email or on the platform.
• Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any complaint or dispute must first be submitted to the support team.
• The support team will review the dispute and attempt to reach a fair resolution.
• If unresolved, both parties will attempt to reach a settlement through discussion.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

12.3 Language & Interpretation

• The Bengali version of these terms is always the authoritative version.
• In case of any ambiguity, cerckex's interpretation will be considered final.
• If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
